Refund and Cancellation Policy

TechBrosEbooks sells digital products. Because a downloaded file can't be "returned," our refund policy is based on whether you've downloaded the book yet.

Eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you have not yet downloaded the ebook.

Not eligible for a refund

• The ebook has already been downloaded.
• More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
• You purchased the wrong book by mistake and already downloaded it.

Failed, duplicate, or stuck payments

If a payment fails, is charged twice, or your order status doesn't update after paying, check your order's status page (the link PayU sends you back to after checkout) for the transaction ID, then contact us with that ID before raising a dispute with your bank — most payment issues are resolved faster this way than through a bank chargeback.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days, depending on PayU's and your bank's processing times.
